Soph is an up and coming stage manager and lighting designer based across the Midlands and South Coast.  They are known in their work for their positivity, quick thinking, and creative approaches to problem solving.  They place a distinct emphasis on health and safety, inclusivity, and sustainability in all that they do. Alongside theatre work, they also work in events, focusing on accreditation and operations.
